The MRX-2 is a two-channel, two-way, active crossover system consisting of a 1.75 x 19.00 inch rack mount frame containing three circuit boards. There are two identical signal boards with on/off and level adjust for each of two bands as well as overall level adjust and a fail safe power supply board with red LED indicators for each supply voltage. While designed for application with Westlake Audio bi-amplified studio monitor systems, the MRX-2 can be used to improve the performance of other multi-amplified systems, depending on system configuration.

The HR-X is a 2-channel, 4-way, active crossover system consisting of a 1.75 x 19.00 inch rack mount frame containing three front removable circuit boards. There are two identical signal boards with on/off and level adjust for each of four bands and one dual power supply board with separate on/off switching and red LED indicators for each supply. The system employs integral mumetal shielding with high permeability, which provides the maximum isolation from stray magnetic fields. While designed for use with Westlake Monitor Systems, the HR-X may be successfully used with other four or five way quad amplified systems, depending on the system configuration.

Westlake Audio speaker cables are designed to carry a signal with the least amount of loss and audible distortion. Westlake cables will improve the performance of any loudspeaker by providing a signal path that is high in conductivity, low in resistance. The Westlake bi-wire cable assemblies will further reduce signal resistance and intermodulation distortion that would occur if the whole audio signal were carried in the same cable. High strand count, high temperature silicone insulation and quality heavy duty terminations assure flexibility and long and trouble free service life. All Westlake speaker cables are individually built and tested, are available in three different wire gauges (4, 7 and 10), and can be terminated with either gold spade lugs or gold banana plugs.

The Westlake Audio speaker muff is a proprietary design that further enhances the performance of the Lc and BBSM Series of monitors. The speaker muff is a foam, chamfered edge, baffle extension that increases the area of the front baffle. As the size of the baffle increases, it takes longer for the sound/energy to reach the cabinet edge, and as a result decreases the amplitude of the edge reflections. This reduction in edge reflections and related distortions allow the listener to hear more of the direct sound from the speaker. The benefits experienced by the listener are a smoothing effect on the frequency response, improved imaging, and perceived increase in bass response. Speaker muffs are precision cut to match each individual loudspeaker and require no adhesives or modifications for attachment to the monitor.
